Armstrong Weight Training Boot Camp

Who: All Armstrong Falcons Students and their friends are welcome.

What: Join us for fun, quick 45-minute sessions featuring sport-specific training inspired by boot camp styles. Workouts will include lower and upper body strength, core strength, speed, agility, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and bodyweight exercises. Many sessions will involve partner activities, and the training is designed to feel like personal training in a group setting. These sessions go beyond typical gym workouts, incorporating various training styles, guided instruction, and a strong focus on injury prevention and metabolic conditioning with weights, all set to great, clean music.

Where: AHS Weight Room

When: December 2nd to the end of the school year, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM (no workouts during school breaks and holidays).
