Meet the Coaches

  • Jordan Escobar, Varsity Head Coach

Jordan Escobar, a passionate and experienced soccer coach with over a decade of coaching expertise, has been appointed as the varsity boys soccer coach at Armstrong High School, home of the Falcons.

As Director of Coaching for United FC Rush in St. Michael/Albertville, Jordan will be coaching a team within the NARS program, which competes in the top competitions in the nation. With years of experience coaching at the NPL level, he is committed to developing all four pillars of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and mental. Jordan constructs training sessions that cover the five game moments: attacking, attacking to defense, defense, defense to attack, and set pieces. He is also tactically flexible and fluent in many systems of play, ensuring his teams are adaptable and well-prepared for any challenge.

Jordan’s coaching philosophy emphasizes the holistic development of all players in the program, not just those on the varsity team. He is dedicated to fostering a love for the game while achieving results and continuously seeks innovative ways to elevate his coaching and his players’ performance.

As a dedicated husband and proud father of four boys, Jordan’s values are rooted in family, teamwork, discipline, and excellence. He aims to create a diverse, welcoming, and competitive environment at Armstrong High School, instilling in his players the values of sportsmanship, resilience, and commitment, both on and off the field.

Jordan is excited to lead the Armstrong Falcons, nurturing young talent and fostering a lifelong passion for soccer in his players.
